Two weeks notice is generally required for new orders. If you find you have not allowed sufficient time, you can send a contact form to see if your order can be completed in time or purchase ready to go bags, which have been pre-made for such situations. The items in these bags will change subject to content availability, but of course be age appropriate

All deliveries will be made on the day before the party date unless otherwise arranged.

Is there a party theme?

e.g. Princess/superhero or pool party etc *please note we cannot put licenced graphics onto our packs or tags (Disney, Nickelodeon, Hello Kitty etc.)

1. Payment

All orders are subject to payment on delivery or as previously agreed.

2. Prices

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SG$), net but are subject to change without notice, however prices will be honoured on orders already placed. All written quotations are valid for seven days from the date of issue.

3. Product Changes

Sometimes, the item you have selected may be out of stock, or may not fit with other selections. Stuffed Parties retains the right to substitute items (of equal value) if the selected item is out of stock, or if the selected items do not fit in together or look good.

4. Delivery

We will deliver your order for the fee listed in the relevant current price list at the time of your order. We don’t deliver on Sundays

5. Cancellation of orders

Of course we understand that sometimes parties are cancelled, or you change your mind over your purchase. We can deal with that, just let us now as soon as you can.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree that use of the product or service is at the user’s sole risk. We make no warranty that that the product will meet the user’s requirements, nor as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the product. No advice given by us creates any warranty not expressly stated herein.

7. Warnings

Stuffed Parties may contain certain novelty items that are unsuitable for small children. Whilst we make every effort to fill our packs with age appropriate goodies, we cannot be responsible for the contents once delivery has been made. All items requiring batteries are checked upon the assembly of the party bag to ensure they are in working order.

8. Disclaimer

Stuffed Parties shall not be liable in any way for inconvenience, loss or any other damage, whether direct, incidental or consequential resulting from the use of its product, or arising out of any breach of fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Party Bag final numbers

Party Bag numbers must be finalized 4 working days before the delivery date or additional bags will be charged at $10 each. The number of party bags ordered cannot be reduced once finalized.
