STUFFED! will sell you their goods and services only after you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

1. Payment

All orders are subject to payment on delivery. Now only cheque & cash accepted

2. Prices

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD$), nett and subject to change without notice. All written quotations are valid for seven days from date of issue.

3. Product Changes

Sometimes, we just won’t be able to get the exact fabric, colour or flavour variety of the item you have ordered. In this situation a close substitute will be sourced. You will be notified and given the option to change your order, or cancel if necessary. We do not deliver on Sundays.

4. Delivery

Stuffed! will deliver your order for the fee listed in the relevant current price list at the time of your order. Delivery areas may change without notice.

5. Cancellation of orders

You may not cancel an order for any food or confectionery product within 24 hours of delivery date. Stuffed! will however refund any amount paid if an order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.

6. Confirmation of Orders

Stuffed! will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of an order. If we are unable to confirm any order, we will not proceed with delivery. Should an item that you have ordered prove to be unavailable, you will be notified and informed of possible alternatives for your consideration.

7. Warranty

STUFFED! warrants its Bean Bag products to be free of any defect of materials or workmanship. In the case of Bean Bag products, the warranty period shall be 60 days. In the case of food or confectionery products STUFFED provides these products on an “as is” and “as available” basis and disclaims all warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Should the Bean Bag be defective, Stuffed! will repair the product at no charge to the owner. All products subject to warranty claim must be brought to our premises, along with the relevant purchase invoice or receipt.

This warranty does not cover:
• Products that have been subject to alteration or modification, accident, abuse, misuse or lack of reasonable care;
• Factory Seconds;
• Change of mind.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree that use of the product or service is at the user’s sole risk. STUFFED! makes no warranty that that the product will meet the user’s requirements, nor as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the product. No advice given by STUFFED! shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

9. Warnings

Stuffed! Party Bags may contain certain food and novelty items that are unsuitable for small children. Whilst we make every effort to fill our packs with age appropriate goodies, we cannot be responsible for the contents once delivery has been made.

Polystyrene beans are flammable and can easily be inhaled, causing choking. Children should not be left unsupervised with a beanbag, nor should small children be permitted access to Adult sized beanbags as this may lead to a child becoming tangled and smothered. Please keep beanbags away from any fire, cigarettes or anything that will cause it to burn.

Too much chocolate is not good for you! Confectionery should be consumed with care and in reasonable amounts.

10. Disclaimer

STUFFED! shall not be liable in any way for inconvenience, loss or any other damage, whether direct, incidental or consequential resulting from the use of its product, or arising out of any breach of fitness for a particular purpose.
